目的：探讨妊娠合并子宫肌瘤孕产妇施行综合化护理的价值。方法选取2014年1月~2015年1月来我院治疗的妊娠合并妊娠合并子宫肌瘤孕产妇98例作为研究对象，按照随机数字表法将孕产妇分为常规组和综合组，每组49例。结果综合组在病情控制时间、肛门排气时间、住院时间方面均显著优于常规组；综合组产后并发症发生率和孕产妇满意度明显优于常规组，差异具有统计学意义(﹤0.05)。结论妊娠合并妊娠合并子宫肌瘤孕产妇施行综合化护理的价值高，值得推广。“,”Objective To investigate the value of comprehensive nursing for the pregnant women with pregnancy complicated with uterine fibroids. Methods A total of 2014 January to 2015 years 1 month to treated in our hospital during pregnancy, pregnancy with uterine fibroids maternal 98 cases as the research object, according to the random number table method, the pregnant women were divided into routine group and integrated group, 49 cases in each group. Conclusion Pregnancy complicated with pregnancy and myoma of uterus of pregnant and lying in women performed high value of comprehensive care, can quickly control the maternal condition, improve the operation ef ect, relationship anal exhaust time, hospitalization time, reduce postpartum complications, improve maternal satisfaction, improve the doctor-patient disputes, worthy of promotion.
