盐酸倍他司汀片为糖衣片,主要用于美尼尔综合征、血管性头痛及脑动脉硬化。其含量测定方法《中国药典》采用分光光度法,测定时需除去糖衣。由于该糖衣片型小,取用量较大,且包衣与片心往往粘连在一起,不易除去。去糖衣不仅费力费时,而且影响到测定的准确性。笔者采用不去糖衣直接测定,结果表明对其含量测定无明显影响。
Betahistine hydrochloride tablets for sugar tablets, mainly for Meniere’s syndrome, vascular headache and cerebral arteriosclerosis. Its content determination method “Chinese Pharmacopoeia” using spectrophotometry, determination of sugar coating to be removed. Due to the sugar-coated tablets small, take a larger amount, and the coating and the film are often stuck together, not easy to remove. Sugar-coated not only time-consuming effort, but also affect the accuracy of the determination. The author does not go directly to the sugar-coated determination, the results showed no significant effect on the determination of its content.
