传统的设备状态监测与故障诊断系统通常采用基于Internet的远程监测中心到客户端的B/S服务模式,但是随着客户量和业务量的不断增加,远程监测中心的硬件、软件以及网络速度等已远远不能满足发展需要。利用云计算的分布式存储、并行计算等特点,结合频谱分析算法,提出了一种基于云计算技术的设备状态监测系统。工程实践证明该方法是可行的。
Traditional equipment condition monitoring and fault diagnosis system usually adopts B / S service mode of Internet-based remote monitoring center to client, but with the increase of customers and business volume, the hardware, software and network speed of remote monitoring center have Far from meeting the development needs. Based on the characteristics of distributed storage and parallel computing of cloud computing, combined with spectrum analysis algorithm, a device condition monitoring system based on cloud computing technology is proposed. Engineering practice proves that this method is feasible.
