目的了解大学生日常身体活动的基础数据,讨论计步器在评价日常身体活动中的应用价值。方法以南京市高校大学生197人为研究对象,用计步器记录1周中每天的步行数,并填写1周Bouchard体力活动日记,记录每天身体活动。结果南京市大学生平均每天步行数为(9 086±5 123)步;步行数与能耗呈中度相关;有大强度、中等强度身体活动和连续步行的学生的日常活动量高于缺乏大强度、中等强度活动和连续步行的学生。结论南京市大学生日常身体活动量偏低。步行对提高身体活动量更为有效。
Objective To understand the basic data of daily physical activity of college students and to discuss the value of pedometer in evaluating daily physical activity. Methods A total of 197 university students in Nanjing City were enrolled in this study. The pedometer was used to record the number of walking in a week and the daily physical activity diary of Bouchard was recorded. Physical activity was recorded daily. Results The average daily walking distance of college students in Nanjing City was (9 086 ± 5 123) steps; the number of walking was moderately related to energy consumption; and the daily activities of students with high intensity, moderate intensity physical activity and continuous walking were higher than those without strong intensity , Moderate intensity activities and continuous walking students. Conclusion Nanjing college students daily physical activity is low. Walking is more effective at boosting physical activity.
