目的:研究手术器械纳入消毒供应中心标准化管理的流程。方法:2014年12月到2015年12期间结合我院当前手术器械消毒供应的方式,分析实施过程中存在的问题,并提出一些相关改善建议,构建手术器械纳入消毒供应中心的标准化管理流程。结果:当前手术器械消毒供应过程中主要存在着显微器械损耗较快,基础器械丢失问题严重,器械标签和包内器械不相符以及物品标签粘贴不够规范等问题,针对这些问题,可以通过整合人力资源,注重硬件配置以及构建标准化的工作流程等方式予以改善。结论:手术器械纳入消毒供应中心标准化管理流程,能够降低显微器械损耗较快,基础器械丢失问题严重等问题的发生几率,保证手术室器械的规范化、有序化管理,为各项手术的开展奠定良好的基础。
Objective: To study the standardization of surgical instruments into the disinfection supply center management process. Methods: From December 2014 to December 2015, we analyzed the current problems of implementation of surgical instruments in our hospital and put forward some suggestions for improvement. We established a standardized management procedure for surgical instruments to be included in the disinfection supply center. Results: At present, there are mainly problems of rapid loss of micro-instruments, loss of basic instruments, incompatibility of instruments in packages and in-package instruments, and inadequate labeling of articles. In response to these problems, Resources, pay attention to the hardware configuration and build a standardized workflow and other ways to be improved. Conclusion: The inclusion of surgical instruments into the standardized management process of disinfection supply center can reduce the occurrence of problems such as rapid loss of micro-instruments and serious loss of basic instruments, and ensure the standardized and orderly management of operating-room instruments for various operations Lay a good foundation.
