目的探讨短期高浓度蚊香烟熏对大鼠胚胎发育的影响。方法采用自制半封闭式烟熏染毒箱对实验组(分为孕前熏染孕后戒断组和孕前孕后持续熏染组),7周龄健康雌鼠进行8 h/天高浓度蚊香熏染,对照组为同期正常饲养;处理50 d后按雄雌1∶3合笼,孕满19 d剖腹取胎观察致畸效果。计数各组孕鼠胚胎植入数、活胎数、死胎数、吸收胎数、畸胎数,计算胚胎存活率和畸胎率;计量各胚胎体质量、身长、尾长;利用统计学软件进行结果分析。结果各实验组均存在异常胚胎。与对照组比较,胎鼠存活率(P<0.017)以及胚胎体质量、身长、尾长等在孕后持续熏染组的差异均具有统计学意义(P<0.05)。结论短期高浓度蚊香熏染显著影响胚胎生长发育,并导致异常胚胎的发生。
Objective To investigate the effect of short-term, high-concentration mosquito-coil smoked on embryonic development in rats. Methods The self-made semi-enclosed smoky toxin boxes were used to inoculate the experimental group (divided into pre-pregnancy withdrawal group and pre-pregnancy post-pregnancy continuous infection group), and the healthy female mice of 7 weeks old were infected with high concentration of mosquito coils for 8 h / For the same period of normal breeding; treatment 50 d after the male and female 1: 3 cage, pregnancy 19 d to observe the teratogenic effect. The numbers of embryo implantation, number of live births, number of stillbirths, number of absorbed fetuses and number of teratomas were calculated, and the embryo survival rate and teratogenic rate were calculated. The body weight, body length and tail length of each embryo were counted. Statistical software was used Result analysis. Results All experimental groups had abnormal embryos. Compared with the control group, fetal survival rate (P <0.017), as well as embryo body weight, body length, tail length and other groups after infection continue to have significant differences (P <0.05). Conclusion Short-term high concentrations of mosquito-repellent incense significantly affect the embryonic growth and development, and lead to the occurrence of abnormal embryos.
