介绍了一种基于西门子S7-400H PLC和WinCC的煤矿通风机变频集控系统的硬件和软件设计。该系统为煤矿通风机改造而设计,可集中控制2台通风机的软启动、软停车的动态过程,根据实际通风需要改变电机转速,操作简单,克服了传统的调节风门大小控制通风机风量的耗能问题,并且能够通过上位机监控软件实现对通风机各种运行参数的实时监测、报警。
This paper introduces a hardware and software design of coal mine fan inverter control system based on Siemens S7-400H PLC and WinCC. The system is designed for the transformation of coal mine ventilators, which can control the dynamic process of soft start and soft stop of two ventilators in a centralized way and change the motor speed according to the actual ventilation needs. The operation is simple and overcame the traditional control of throttle size. Energy consumption problems, and through the host computer monitoring software to achieve a variety of fan operating parameters of real-time monitoring and alarm.
