人和哺乳动物的精子活动率低均可引起不孕。精子结构严重畸形常伴有精子无活力和不孕,其它研究提示患呼吸系统疾病其精子轴丝结构易缺损,并可引起精子失活。选用Monash医学中心生殖医学诊所男性不孕患者,精子活动百分率小于20%共10例,均无呼吸系统疾病。禁欲3日后取精液标本,2小时内进行分析(包括容量、浓度、形态学、活力、活动率和活动指数),其他参数正常,精子活动率小于20%者进行超微结构分析。采用Wilton等描述的方法将精子进行组织固定后行超微结构分析。定量估价75个轴丝,计数每个轴丝外部成对微
Low sperm motility in humans and mammals can cause infertility. Severe sperm structure deformity often accompanied by sperm motility and infertility, other studies suggest that suffering from respiratory diseases, sperm axis structure of the shaft easy to defect, and can cause sperm inactivation. Selected Monash Medical Center reproductive medical male infertility patients, sperm motility less than 20% of a total of 10 cases, no respiratory diseases.
