提出了一种用于齿轮加工工艺分析的新基圆模型,并用这种模型解释了用原来的基圆模型所不能解释的一些工艺现象.应用新基圆模型分析了几种常用的齿轮加工方法中第Ⅱ公差组各项误差的来源,提出了几种常用加工方法下第Ⅱ公差组的最佳检验项目的组合,否定了通过建立误差关系式来减少检测工作量的方法,提出了通过误差来源分析来减少检测工作量的方法
A new fundamental circle model for gear machining process analysis was proposed and used to explain some of the process phenomena that can not be explained using the original base circle model. Based on the new fundamental circle model, the sources of the error of the second tolerance group in several commonly used gear machining methods were analyzed. The combination of the best test items of the second tolerance group under several common machining methods was proposed.
