2008年年底,为刺激房地产市场回暖,从中央到各地政府相继在宏观经济及房地产等行业出台了一系列救市的优惠政策。主要包括积极的财政政策和适度宽松的货币政策;购房交易减免契税和营业税;首套及改善型购房房贷利率享受两成首付、7折利率优惠;房地产开发项目自有资本金比例降低,以及地方政府出台购房落户等等。
By the end of 2008, in order to stimulate the real estate market to pick up, a series of bailout preferential policies have been promulgated successively in the macro-economy and real estate industries from the central government to various local governments. Mainly include proactive fiscal policy and moderately easy monetary policy; deed of purchase and purchase deed tax and business tax; the first and improved home purchase mortgage rates enjoy 20% down payment and 30% discount on interest rates; the proportion of self-owned capital of real estate development projects is reduced; and the local Government introduced purchase and so on.
