2006年是中国计算机事业起步50周年,是由周恩来总理亲自制定的4项紧急措施而起步的。我们中国电信也是最早应用计算机的民用行业之一,而且一举成功。
The year 2006 marks the fiftieth anniversary of the start of the computer cause in China. It started with four emergency measures personally formulated by Premier Zhou Enlai. We China Telecom is also one of the earliest civilian use of computers, and in one fell swoop success.
