2007年,我公司从浙江购进了SJ-2200造纱机,其收卷机在使用过程中,收丝纱锭产品质量达不到要求,纱锭两端起棱,两边高中间低。当我们利用原凸轮对其进行改进设计后,经四年的使用检验效果良好。杜绝了产品质量问题,提高了产品合格率,增加了产量,从而取得较好经济效益。本文就改进设计情况予以阐述。
In 2007, our company bought the SJ-2200 yarn-making machine from Zhejiang. During the process of using it, the quality of the yarn-receiving spindle failed to meet the requirements. When we use the original cam to improve its design, after four years of testing the use of good results. Put an end to product quality problems, improve product yield, increase production, so as to obtain better economic efficiency. This article explains how to improve the design.
