1.5、3.0和6.0mg/kgCdCl2染毒后12和24h,血清肌酸含量均极显著高于对照组(P<0.01),染毒后36h,血清肌酐含量明显高于对照组(P<0.01)。CdO和EE作业工人血清肌酸含量均极显著高于各自对照组(P<0.01)。表明机体接触镉化合物和EE可引起血清肌酸含量的改变,推测睾丸损伤和血清肌酸含量升高之间可能存在某种关系。
Serum creatine levels were significantly higher at 12 and 24 h after exposure to 1.5, 3.0 and 6.0 mg / kg CdCl2 (P <0.01), and serum creatinine was significantly higher at 36 h Control group (P <0.01). Serum creatine levels were significantly higher in CdO and EE workers than in controls (P <0.01). The results showed that body contact with cadmium compounds and EE could cause changes of serum creatine content. It is speculated that there may be some relationship between the testicular damage and the increase of serum creatine.
