目的提高对椎管内脊髓型猪囊尾蚴病的临床诊断治疗的认识,减少误诊误治。方法报道4例我院椎管内脊髓型猪囊尾蚴病的诊断治疗,结合国内外文献报道的临床资料进行分析。结果椎管内脊髓型猪囊尾蚴病发生率低,临床上容易误诊误治,行椎管内探查及囊尾蚴囊肿摘除术,术后送病理证实为猪囊尾蚴感染。术后症状明显缓解,合并抗囊尾蚴药物治疗,以求同时治疗其他部位残留的猪囊尾蚴病。结论椎管内脊髓型猪囊尾蚴病发生率低,临床上容易误诊误治,且以常见病难以解释时,要注意询问患者的流行病学史,减少误诊误治。 Objective To improve the understanding of the clinical diagnosis and treatment of spinal cysticercus in the spinal canal and to reduce the misdiagnosis and mistreatment. Methods Four cases of intracranial spinal cord cysticercosis in our hospital were diagnosed and treated, and the clinical data reported in the literature were analyzed. Results The incidence of spinal cord cysticercosis in the spinal canal was low, which was easily misdiagnosed and mistakenly treated in the spinal canal. The intraspinal exploration and cysticercus cyst excision were performed. The pathology was confirmed as Cysticercus cellulosae infection after operation. Postoperative symptoms were significantly alleviated, combined cysticercosis drug treatment, in order to simultaneously treat other parts of the remaining cysticercosis. Conclusion The incidence of spinal cord cysticercosis in the spinal canal is low. It is easy to misdiagnosis and mistreatment in clinical practice. When the common disease is difficult to explain, we should pay attention to the epidemiological history of patients and reduce the misdiagnosis and mistreatment.
