目的:探讨抗环瓜氨酸肽抗体(anti-CCP)、类风湿因子(RF)和抗核抗体(ANA)在幼年特发性关节炎中的诊治价值.方法:选取2018年2月—2020年7月我院诊治可疑幼年特发性关节炎患儿71例作为观察对象,所有患儿均行anti-CCP、RF和ANA水平检测,以《国际风湿病联盟儿科常委专家组修订的诊断标准》为特发性关节炎诊断金标准,判定anti-CCP、RF和ANA单项及联合检测在幼年特发性关节炎中诊断灵敏度、特异性、符合率.结果:anti-CCP在幼年特发性关节炎中诊断灵敏度为58.33％,特异性为85.71％,符合率为71.83％.RF在幼年特发性关节炎中诊断灵敏度为66.67％,特异性为91.43％,符合率为78.87％.ANA在幼年特发性关节炎中诊断灵敏度为52.78％,特异性为80.00％,符合率为66.20％.anti-CCP、RF和ANA联合在幼年特发性关节炎中诊断灵敏度为91.67％,特异性为65.71％,符合率为78.87％.结论:anti-CCP、RF和ANA联合检测在幼年特发性关节炎中诊断具有较高价值,但其诊断特异性较低.
