“抚顺市中级人民法院多名法官因为审理驰名商标的假案被抓了,辽宁省人民检察院正在调查此事。”有知情人士告诉笔者,“驰名商标假案”涉及辽宁多个中级人民法院的法官及数十名律师,其中尤以抚顺中院为案发重灾区。据知情者介绍,自2009年7月以来,抚顺中院7名法官先后被调离审判岗位,接受调查,原因是涉嫌与当事人串通,制造通过司法认定驰名商标的假案。2009年11月20日下午,笔者就此事致电抚顺中院副院长张晓宇。张晓宇在电话中证实了该院有法官正在接受调查的情况。但他同时表示,对此事的调查尚未结束,不方便透露详细信息。
