经对我区60名地、县防疫站领导干部艾森克问卷调查研究结果表明,就性格气质来讲,79.2%是比较适合现职工作,20.8%适应做业务工作或其它工作。结论是从卫生防疫专业技术素质和管理才能双重要求出发,其领导班子成员应由情绪稳(含基本稳定)、外向(倾向外向、中间型)性格、多血质、胆汁质气质的人员组成,气质之间功能互补,形成发挥集体智慧的最佳结构。才能创造性地完成卫生防疫站的使命。
According to the results of the Eisenck questionnaire survey conducted by 60 leading officials from county and county epidemic prevention stations in our district, 79.2% of them are more suitable for current jobs and 20.8% are suitable for doing business or other work. The conclusion is based on the dual requirements of professional quality of health and epidemic prevention and management skills. The members of the leadership team should be composed of stable emotional (including basic stability), extrovert (extroversion, intermediate) personality, multiple blood quality, and biliary temperament. Temperament complements each other and forms the best structure for collective intelligence. Only by creatively fulfilling the mission of the Sanitation and Anti-epidemic Station.
