放射治疗促进肿瘤组织中血管内皮生长因子(VEGF)的水平发生变化,从而对肿瘤放疗的效果产生直接的影响。回顾近年来的文献报道,得到以下几点结论:①辐射有促使肿瘤细胞分泌VEGF正向调节的作用;②VEGF是促进肿瘤放疗拮抗、放疗后复发与转移的重要因素,是肿瘤放疗的预后指标;③抗VEGF治疗协同放射治疗能提高疗效。 Radiation therapy can promote the change of the level of vascular endothelial growth factor (VEGF) in tumor tissue and thus have a direct effect on the effect of tumor radiotherapy.
