经过多年的探索和实践,各类新建工程的全过程造价管理已经拥有了一些较为成熟的作法,但对于财政性资金修缮工程的造价管理来说,较为成熟的作法几乎无处可寻。本文在全面分析、研究当前财政性资金修缮工程普遍存在的造价管理问题的基础上,借鉴国内新建工程较为成熟的造价管理方式,对现行造价管理方式提出改进建议,以提高财政性资金修缮工程造价管理水平,使修缮财政预算得到最优化的利用,让有限的修缮资金发挥出最大的经济效益,减少因管理不当带来的不必要经济损失,促进我国财政性资金修缮工程造价管理的科学化、标准化和模式化。
After years of exploration and practice, the cost management of all types of new construction projects already has some relatively mature practices. However, for the cost management of financial capital restoration projects, more mature practices are almost impossible to find. Based on the comprehensive analysis and study of the common cost management problems of the financial funds renovation project, this paper draws on the more mature cost management methods of the new construction projects in our country, and proposes the improvement suggestions to the current cost management methods so as to improve the cost of the financial capital renovation project Management level so that the financial budget can be repaired optimal use of limited funds for repairs to maximize the economic benefits and reduce unnecessary economic losses caused by mismanagement to promote China’s financial capital renovation project cost-effective management of scientific, Standardization and patternization.
