超声心动图经二十多年临床实践证明对心血管的病理介剖和功能测定有一定临床价值,目前已广泛应用于临床。平原地区健康儿童超声心动图的有关测值,国内陆续已有报导。但高海拔地区健康儿童测值,国内尚未见有报导。为此我们将在青海高原海拔3,200米健康儿童测值较齐全的103例进行分析,为研究高原儿童心血管介剖及生理提供参考数据。资料来源及探查方法全部被检查儿童从妊娠、出生到生长均居住海拔3200米的某地,他们是××厂的职工子女。居住生活条件除高海拔自然地理气候不同外,其它生活条件与平原城市儿童无多大差别。全部被检儿童均经专科医生进行详细的体查,并进行了心脏拍片、常规导联心
