鸭绿江界河大桥及接线是我国联结朝鲜民主主义人民共和国的重要通道。主桥为双塔双索面斜拉桥,主跨径663m,项目考虑主桥主墩施工方案时,认为鸭绿江潮汐为不规则半日潮,水位变化很大,主槽处不仅水深、流急,而且河床淤积层厚,桩基和承台施工有一定难度,为此施工方案确定22号主墩应用双壁套箱式钢围堰。设计采用ANSYS10.0有限元分析软件。设计过程选定:围堰下放到位、浇筑封底混凝土、抽水、浇筑第一层承台,共4个工况进行结构验算。
The Yalu River Boundary Bridge and Wiring are Important Links for Our Country to Join the Democratic People’s Republic of Korea. The main bridge is a double-tower double cable plane cable-stayed bridge with a main span of 663m. When considering the construction scheme of the main pier of the main bridge, the project considers the tidal irregularity of the Yalu River as an irregular half-day tidal wave with a large water level change. In addition, thick siltation of the river bed and construction of pile foundation and capment have some difficulties. For this purpose, the application of double-wall box-type steel cofferdam for main pier No. 22 was confirmed. Design using ANSYS10.0 finite element analysis software. Design process selected: cofferdam placed in place, pouring concrete back cover, pumping, pouring the first cap, a total of 4 conditions for structural checking.
