一、从2002年7月1日开始,各有关海事局要对客滚船VDR的安装情况进行检查,未安装的要限期整改,2002年8月1日后仍未安装,要予以滞留。
First, starting from July 1, 2002, all relevant MSA should inspect the installation situation of the ro-ro passenger ship VDR. If it is not installed, it should be rectified within a deadline. After August 1, 2002, it has not been installed yet and should be detained.
