目的为了解武汉地区介入诊疗中工作人员受照剂量水平,保障介入放射诊疗中工作人员健康与安全。方法采用热释光剂量计对某医院介入放射诊疗工作人员进行剂量测量,并以铅围裙内外剂量结果作为有无防护进行比较。结果该医院介入放射诊疗工作人员未被屏蔽部分接受的剂量非常高,年剂量达到17.82mSv;采用合理防护部位受照剂量相对较小,年剂量为3.426mSv。结论工作人员应注意介入手术中合理使用防护用品,以降低受照剂量。
Objective To understand the intervention dose of intervention staff in Wuhan area and to ensure the health and safety of staff involved in the interventional radiotherapy. Methods A thermoluminescence dosimeter was used to measure the dose of interventional radiology staff in a hospital. The results of the lead apron internal and external doses were compared with or without protection. Results The dose of unhindered part of the interventional radiology staff in this hospital was very high with an annual dose of 17.82mSv. The dose of a reasonable protective part was relatively small with an annual dose of 3.426mSv. Conclusion The staff should pay attention to the rational use of protective equipment in interventional surgery to reduce the dose.
