考虑电枢反应中磁饱和现象和驱动器功率管非线性特性等因素的影响,为了解决航空油泵电机相电流谐波含量大、畸变较为严重的问题,提出一种新型的相电流畸变纠正控制方法.该方法通过电流前馈幅值补偿能够基本消除各周期相电流幅值的波动,并通过迭代收敛控制,最终将相电流强制纠正为标准正弦波,从而解决了相电流畸变的难题.实验结果表明,所提出的相电流畸变纠正控制方法可以有效减少相电流幅值,提高电机系统的效率.
Considering the influence of the magnetic saturation phenomenon in the armature reaction and the nonlinear characteristics of the power tube of the driver, a new type of phase current distortion correction control method is proposed in order to solve the problem that the harmonic content of the phase current of the aviation oil pump motor is large and the distortion is relatively serious. This method can eliminate the fluctuation of the phase current amplitude by the current feedforward amplitude compensation and solve the problem of phase current distortion by iterative convergence control and finally forcibly correcting the phase current as a standard sine wave.The experimental results show that , The proposed correction method of phase current distortion can effectively reduce the phase current amplitude and improve the efficiency of the motor system.
