提出了基于车联网技术的卢湾区静态交通所综合性停车信息系统升级改造的系统方案以及太平桥车库物联网建设系统方案。通过对“上海市卢湾停车诱导服务网”进行网站智能化功能升级,使得停车服务信息发布途径更丰富、服务范围更广泛、服务方式更为灵活,体现网站信息服务的智能化程度。通过在新天地太平桥地下停车场实施物联网建设应用,实现手机支付、车位预约、无线传感、车辆定位和查询、场内停车引导等功能,极大的提高了城市停车管理水平和智能信息服务系统的能力。系统运用车联网技术,可极大的提高卢湾区智能停车系统的效率,有效的解决了城市交通信息化面临的众多难题。
The system scheme of upgrading and rebuilding the comprehensive parking information system of static traffic in Luwan District based on car networking technology was put forward and the system plan of building IOT of Taipingqiao garage was put forward. By upgrading the intelligent function of the website of “Shanghai Luwan Parking Guidance Service Network”, the parking service information release channels are made more extensive, the service scope is more extensive, the service modes are more flexible, and the intelligent degree of website information services is reflected. By implementing the internet of things construction and application at Taipingqiao underground parking lot in Xintiandi, functions such as mobile payment, reservation of parking spaces, wireless sensing, vehicle positioning and inquiries, on-site parking guidance and so on have been realized. This has greatly improved the urban parking management level and intelligent information service System capabilities. The system using car networking technology can greatly improve the efficiency of intelligent parking system in Luwan District and effectively solve many problems facing urban traffic informationization.
