对X56、273×10mmERW管母材和焊缝进行了夏比冲击韧性、断裂韧度和裂纹张开位移试验,测量了母材和焊缝系列温度的CVN—SA、JR阻力曲线和COD阻力曲线,对其断口进行了电镜观察和熔渣能谱分析。认为板母、管母及焊接接头夏比冲击韧性大多达到较高水平。并且断裂韧性相近。
Charpy impact toughness, fracture toughness and crack open displacement of X56 and 273 × 10mmERW pipe base metal and weld were tested. CVN-SA, JR resistance curve and COD resistance of base metal and weld series were measured. Curve, the fracture was observed by electron microscopy and slag energy spectrum analysis. It is considered that the Charpy impact toughness of the mother board, the tube mother and the welded joint mostly reach a higher level. And similar fracture toughness.
