去甲乌药碱(demethylcoclaurine,DMC)具有正性肌力作用,但同时能使心率加快。本文以 C 环对位羟基被硝基取代的DMC 活性衍生物为先导化合物,设计合成了A 环不同位置有不同数目—OCH_3或—OH取代的二氢和四氢异喹啉衍生物共24个。
