D43—630型复合式辊锻机是我厂生产多年的老产品,主要用于垦锄的辊锻工序。一般垦锄要经过横向展宽、纵向展长、成形三个工步,负荷比较重。坯料为薄板型,散热快,容易降温,加热温度一般都没有监测装置,温度很不稳定,再加上操作失误等因素,过载使用设备的情况经常发生。为了保护设备,在这种辊锻机的两个压下螺丝下面,设有安全臼。过载时,安全臼受剪,上锻辊抬起,保护设备不受损坏。但这种安全臼多有不足,新近我们又研制了新型液压过载保护装置。本文拟就这种液压过载保护装置的基本原理、设计计算及调式中出现的一些问题的解决措施,作概略分析和扼要论述。
D43-630-type composite roller forging machine is the old product I produced for many years, mainly for Ken hoe roll forging process. General Ken hoe to go through the horizontal stretch, vertical stretch, forming three steps, heavy load. In order to protect the equipment, a safety mortar is provided under the two press screws of this roll forging machine. When overloaded, the safety mortar is sheared and the forging roller is raised to protect the equipment from damage. However, this safety mortar has more than enough, recently we have developed a new type of hydraulic overload protection device. This article intends to hydraulic overload protection device of the basic principles of design and calculation of the modulation in the solution to some of the problems that arise, a brief analysis and summary of the discussion.
