目的研究人源幼虫巨大致死性基因Hugl-1表达与人肺癌临床病理生理特征的关系,探讨Hugl-1基因表达与肺癌肿瘤细胞发生、侵袭的相关性。方法对50例NSCLC标本(含癌旁组织)和10例肺良性病变组织应用单克隆抗体、免疫组化SP法检测Hugl-1基因的蛋白表达情况。结果(1)肺癌肿瘤组织中Hugl-1基因表达水平显著低于癌旁组织和肺良性病变组织(P<0.05)。(2)肺癌组织中Hugl-1基因表达水平降低与肿瘤分期、淋巴结转移程度存在相关性(P<0.05),与肺癌组织学类型、细胞分化程度以及患者的性别、年龄无关。结论Hugl-1基因表达下降与肺癌的发生、发展过程有关。
Objective To study the relationship between Hugu-1 gene expression and the clinicopathological features of human lung cancer, and to investigate the relationship between Hug1-1 gene expression and tumorigenesis and invasion of lung cancer. Methods 50 cases of NSCLC specimens (including paracancerous tissues) and 10 cases of benign lung lesions using monoclonal antibodies, immunohistochemical SP method Hugl-1 gene protein expression. Results (1) The expression of Hugl-1 in lung cancer tissues was significantly lower than that in paracancerous tissues and benign lung tissues (P <0.05). (2) There was a correlation between the expression of Hugl-1 gene and the degree of lymph node metastasis (P <0.05) in lung cancer tissues, but not with the histological type, degree of cell differentiation and gender and age. Conclusion The decreased expression of Hugl-1 is associated with the occurrence and development of lung cancer.
