爱玩好动,是儿童的天性,在小学时期的学生,兴趣广泛,好奇心强,常常以直接兴趣为动力,这就要求体育教学应从学生的情趣特点出发,采取灵活多样的形式,寓教于玩,这样既能增强学生参加体育活动的兴趣,又能在娱乐游戏中体现体育教学内容,达到体育教学目的。经过多年的实践,笔者认为,把“玩”中“学”有机的结合起来,是提高小学体育教育质量有效的方法之一。体育教育学中,为使学生能在轻松、愉快的学习气氛中掌握知识,锻炼身体,陶冶情操,体育教师就要努力激发学生学习兴趣,引导学生进入乐学、乐练的氛围。教师的教学行为与学生的学习行为如何融为一体,使学生在整个学习过程中获得主体意识和主体能力的发展。而笔者认为,把“玩”中“学”有机的结合起来,能真正体现课堂教学的有效性,让学生在快乐健康的氛围中成长,享受《体育与健身》学科学习的乐趣,是提高小学体育教育质量有效的方法之一。
