“影响力”是领导者的核心能力,提升领导者的影响力对加强领导者的能力建设具有核心作用。领导者要恰当地运用权力因素与非权力因素,树立权威使组织成员凝聚在自己周围。领导者既要加强学习、提高修养;又要提高能力、作风优良,为实现共同目标而努力奋斗。
“Influence ” is the core competence of the leader. Improving the influence of the leader plays a key role in strengthening the leader’s capacity building. Leaders should make appropriate use of power factors and non-power factors, establish the authority to bring the members of the organization around themselves. Leaders should not only strengthen their studies and improve their education, but also improve their abilities, work in good working style and work hard to achieve common goals.
