杂环化合物因其低毒、高效、对环境友好、结构变化多样等特点,已经成为当今新农药发展的热点方向。同时,丙烯腈类化合物往往具有良好的生物活性,其在农药和医药领域的应用已被广泛关注。因此,兼具杂环和丙烯腈结构特征的杂环丙烯腈化合物也已引起农药创制研究者越来越多的关注。按结构进行分类,着重从化学结构、生物活性方面对具有农药生物活性的杂(芳)环丙烯腈类化合物进行综述,并介绍了部分化合物的合成方法。
Because of their low toxicity, high efficiency, environmental friendliness and diversified structure, heterocyclic compounds have become a hot spot in the development of new pesticides. At the same time, acrylonitrile compounds often have good biological activity, its application in the field of pesticides and medicine has been widely concerned. Therefore, heterocyclic acrylonitrile, which has both heterocyclic and acrylonitrile structural features, has also attracted more and more attentions from researchers of pesticide production. According to the structure classification, we mainly reviewed the heterocyclic (aromatic) acrylonitrile compounds with biological activity from the aspects of chemical structure and bioactivity, and introduced the synthesis methods of some compounds.
