本文讨论直接注入混成红外CCD的输入等效电路,提出了红外CCD有效注入效率的概念。着重分析了红外光伏二极管反偏结电容、CCD输入栅的栅-源电容和存储栅的势阱负载电容对混成红外CCD的注入和工作频带的影响。
This article discusses the direct input hybrid infrared CCD input equivalent circuit, put forward the concept of infrared CCD effective injection efficiency. The influence of the reverse bias junction capacitance of the infrared photodiode, the gate-source capacitance of the CCD input gate and the potential well load capacitance of the storage gate on the injection and working frequency band of the hybrid infrared CCD are emphatically analyzed.
