课堂教学的效果不仅取决于教学内容和教材,更加注重教师的教学方式和教学理念。新课程理念与传统教学理念相比,具有革命性的转变。理念是行动的向导,但全新理念的有效落实却需要行为角色的转换。本文主要对初中生物教师在新课程理念下如何迅速转换角色,有效提升中学生物教学的质量和效率,促进学生的全面发展进行论述。
The effect of classroom teaching not only depends on the teaching content and teaching materials, pay more attention to the teaching methods and teaching philosophy of teachers. Compared with the traditional teaching philosophy, the new curriculum concept has a revolutionary transformation. Philosophy is the guide to action, but the effective implementation of the new concept requires the conversion of the role of behavior. This paper mainly discusses how to quickly change the role of junior biology teacher under the new curriculum concept, effectively improve the quality and efficiency of biology teaching in middle school, and promote the overall development of students.
