本文探讨了麻醉镇痛药物芬太尼的衍生物双-N-(1-苯甲基-4-啶基)-草酰对甲氧基苯基胺(DMPPE)在汞电极上的电化学行为。循环伏安法表明,在NaOH底液中,DMPPE可在汞电极上还原,Epc=-1.53V(vs.饱和Ag/AgCl),并可吸附于电极表面。着重考察了DMPPE的吸附特性,认为吸附型体是DMPPE中性分子。利用吸附伏安法可进行微量DMPPE的测定,在最佳条件下,最低检测限可达4.0×10 ̄(-8)mol/L。
This article explored the electrochemical behavior of the bis-N- (1-benzyl-4-pyridyl) -oxalyl-p-methoxyphenylamine (DMPPE), a derivative of the analgesic drug fentanyl, at a mercury electrode . Cyclic voltammetry showed that DMPPE could be reduced on the mercury electrode in the NaOH bath with Epc = -1.53V (vs. Saturated Ag / AgCl) and adsorbed on the electrode surface. The adsorption characteristics of DMPPE are emphatically studied, and the adsorbed body is considered as DMPPE neutral molecule. Adsorption voltammetry can be used to determine trace DMPPE. Under the optimal conditions, the minimum detection limit is up to 4.0 × 10 ~ (-8) mol / L.
