开展“三项学习教育”活动,是中央为深入学习贯彻“三个代表”重要思想、加强党的执政能力建设、确保马克思主义在意识形态领域指导地位采取的一项重要举措,是为加强宣传思想工作队伍建设采取的一项重要措施。北京市新闻战线根据中央的部署,把这项活动作为解决新闻战线存在的突出问题和强化制度建设的难得机遇,作为建设一支政治强、业务精、纪律严、作风正的高素质队伍的重要手段,作为应对挑战、深化文化体制改革的重要保证,认真抓落实,切实求实效。一年多来,北京各新闻单位提高认识、共同努力,扎实起步、逐步深入,取得了重要进展和阶段性成效。总体说来,北京市新闻战线广泛开展“三项学习教育”活动的目标基本实现,产生了良好的社会反响,值得充分肯定。
To carry out the “three learning and education activities” is an important measure taken by the Central Government to thoroughly study and implement the important thinking of the ’Three Represents, strengthen the building of the party’s ability to govern, and ensure the guiding position of Marxism in the ideological field. It is an important measure taken to strengthen the contingent of propaganda and ideological workforce. According to the deployment of the Central Government, the Beijing News Fence regards this outstanding event as a solution to the existing problem of the information front and a rare opportunity to strengthen institutional development as an important task in building a contingent of highly qualified personnel with strong political, professional, disciplined and honest styles. Means, as an important guarantee to deal with the challenge and deepen the reform of the cultural system, earnestly implement it, and earnestly seek actual results. In the past year or so, all news agencies in Beijing have been making greater efforts to understand and make concerted efforts to start solidly and gradually and have made important progress and phased achievements. Generally speaking, the goal of “three learning and education activities” has been basically implemented in the Beijing information front and has generated good social repercussions. It deserves full affirmation.
