采用化学水浴法(CBD)制备ZnS薄膜,用NKD-7000v薄膜分析系统测试薄膜的透过率和反射率,拟合出薄膜厚度和吸收系数。研究了制备过程中不同的pH值调节剂对薄膜光学性质的影响。结果表明:加入pH值调节剂使薄膜禁带宽度增加,可达3.95eV,即对薄膜颗粒有细化作用。比较透过率和反射率,表明加NaOH把pH值控制在11和加NH_3把pH值控制在10.9时溶液沉积环境基本相似,反之亦然。但是加入氨水更有利于薄膜沉积速率的提高,且当pH值为11时加入调节剂,可以提升溶液进入亚稳态的pH值。
ZnS thin film was prepared by chemical bath method (CBD), the transmittance and reflectivity of thin film were tested by NKD-7000v thin film analysis system, and the film thickness and absorption coefficient were fitted. The effects of different pH modifiers on the optical properties of the films were investigated. The results show that adding pH adjusting agent can increase the forbidden band width of the film to 3.95eV, that is to say refine the thin film particles. The comparison of transmittance and reflectance shows that the solution deposition environment is basically similar with NaOH added to pH 11 and NH3 plus pH 10.9, and vice versa. However, the addition of aqueous ammonia is more conducive to the increase of the deposition rate of the film, and when the pH is 11, adding the adjusting agent can increase the solution into the metastable pH value.
