目的:调查早期营养教育对进行化疗的恶性肿瘤患者营养状况的影响。方法:选择在内科住院的40例恶性肿瘤患者,随机分为干预组和对照组,干预组进行营养教育,采用NRS200和PG-SGA方法评价营养干预效果。结果进行营养教育干预的肿瘤患者化疗后的营养状况好于对照组。结论:早期营养教育有助于改善肿瘤患者的营养状况。
Objective: To investigate the effect of early nutritional education on the nutritional status of patients with malignant tumor undergoing chemotherapy. Methods: Forty patients with malignant tumor who were hospitalized in medical department were randomly divided into intervention group and control group. Nutritional intervention was conducted in intervention group. NRS200 and PG-SGA were used to evaluate the effect of nutritional intervention. Results The nutritional status of cancer patients who underwent nutrition education intervention was better than that of the control group after chemotherapy. Conclusion: Early nutrition education helps to improve the nutritional status of cancer patients.
