病历摘要例1:李某,男,19岁。1973年8月,因双眼红肿、羞明、流泪4小时而就诊。既往无过敏史。就诊前曾负责环氧乙烷消毒工作,工作中反复多次由气袋中取放消毒物品,其间曾以手揉双眼,工作完毕又随即洗脸。1小时后自觉双眼奇痒、隐痛、流泪、视物模糊,自用0.5%氯霉素液点眼,当晚病情加重。检查:视力:右0.5,左0.6,双眼红肿,结合膜明显充血、水肿,角膜轻度水肿。立即以生理盐水和1%硼酸水冲洗双眼,每日4次,并滴以0.5%氯霉素眼药水,入睡前涂四环素眼膏。第5天视力恢复至1.0,双眼结合膜充血、红肿均消散。例2:房某,女,28岁。因双手痒痛,起水泡3天,于1983年10月9日急诊入院。患者入院前3天
