肉桂中除挥发油外主要含有多糖类、多酚类及黄酮类等多种类型的化合物,大量研究证明这些化合物也具有抗氧化、抗炎、抗癌、降血糖等药理活性。对近十五年来肉桂非挥发成分化学成分和药理作用的研究进展进行了综述。
Cinnamon in addition to the volatile oil mainly contains polysaccharides, polyphenols and flavonoids and other types of compounds, a large number of studies have shown that these compounds also have antioxidant, anti-inflammatory, anti-cancer, hypoglycemic and other pharmacological activities. The research progress of the chemical constituents and pharmacological effects of non-volatile components of cinnamon in the recent fifteen years are reviewed.
