采用描述性统计、相关分析与多元回归分析等统计分析技术,利用EXCEL统计软件,运用理论分析与实证研究相结合的方法,从公司层面研究煤炭企业上市公司资本结构的影响因素。发现资产流动性和成长性对我国煤炭企业上市公司的资本结构存在显著影响。盈利能力和营运能力两类因素对资本结构的决策没有显著影响。提出了把握成长性,优化资本结构;保持合理的举债能力,注重利用负债的税盾作用;加强管理水平,提高资产的营运能力;在资本结构决策时应充分考虑到公司长远发展产生的资金需求,进行长远规划。
Using the statistical analysis techniques such as descriptive statistics, correlation analysis and multiple regression analysis, the paper uses EXCEL statistical software and the method of combining theoretical analysis with empirical research to study the influencing factors of the capital structure of listed companies in coal enterprises from the corporate level. It is found that the liquidity and growth of assets have a significant impact on the capital structure of listed companies in coal enterprises in our country. Two factors, profitability and operational capability, have no significant effect on the capital structure’s decision-making. Put forward to grasp the growth, optimize the capital structure; maintain a reasonable ability to borrow, focus on the use of debt tax shield effect; strengthen the management level and improve the operational capacity of assets; capital structure decisions should take full account of the company’s long-term development of the financial needs , Long-term planning.
