介绍东风汽车公司所研发的某新型1.0 L三缸直列涡轮增压直喷(TGDI)汽油发动机。研发中,经过计算流体动力学(CFD)模拟、气道试验和透明发动机试验,优化了燃烧系统,提高其综合性能;采用高效率和低惯量涡轮增压器,保证了良好的全转速性能输出和瞬态响应速度;采用低摩擦、热管理、变排量机油泵和进排气气门可变正时技术(DVVT)等措施,实现了低油耗;优化发动机本体结构设计,研究平衡策略,并设计悬置系统匹配,获得了良好噪声/振动/不平顺性(NVH)性能。进行了台架试验和整车搭载试验。结果表明:该发动机各项性能指标达到设计目标,体积小、结构紧凑,适于不同传统车型和混合动力车型搭载。
Introduced a new 1.0L three-cylinder direct-injection turbocharged direct injection (TGDI) gasoline engine developed by Dongfeng Motor Corporation.
