个人合资建房的设想,是希望在高房价下解决自己住房问题的美丽梦想。目前,北京、上海、南京、广州、西安等地都出现了个人合资建房的先行者。但今天看来,要将这个美丽的梦想变成现实,其困难之大,肯定超出了合资建房者最初的想象。那么,个人合资建房的梦想到底能否实现呢?
