目的:了解学龄前儿童家庭膳食制作人的营养知识、态度、行为等营养健康相关情况,为进行营养教育,改善学龄前儿童营养状况提供科学依据。方法:对兰州市4所幼儿园398名家庭膳食制作人采用自行设计的问卷进行营养KAP调查,结果用描述性统计、Logistic回归等统计方法进行分析。结果:学龄前儿童家庭膳食制作人的总体得分偏低,呈正态分布(8.61±3.09),及格率仅为50.3%。不同身份的膳食制作人营养知识得分无显著性差异(P>0.05)。影响学龄前家庭膳食制作人营养知识的因素是对营养知识的兴趣、学历和职业。家庭膳食制作人挑食,其家中儿童更易挑食,结果有显著性差异(P<0.05)。结论:加强对学龄前儿童家庭膳食制作人的营养教育对改善学龄前儿童的营养状况起着重要的作用。
OBJECTIVE: To understand nutrition, health, knowledge, attitudes and behaviors of pre-schoolers and their family members in order to provide scientific basis for nutrition education and improvement of nutritional status of preschool children. Methods: 398 family food producers in 4 kindergartens of Lanzhou City were surveyed by self-designed questionnaire. The results were analyzed by descriptive statistics and Logistic regression. Results: The overall scores of preschool children ’s family diet producers were low, with a normal distribution (8.61 ± 3.09) and passing rate of only 50.3%. There was no significant difference in nutritional knowledge among diet producers with different status (P> 0.05). The factors affecting the nutrition knowledge of preschool family diet producers are the interest, education and occupation of nutritional knowledge. Family diet producers picky eaters, children in their homes more likely to picky eaters, the results were significant differences (P <0.05). Conclusion: Enhancing nutrition education for preschool children’s family diet producers plays an important role in improving the nutritional status of preschool children.
