目的为探讨用双氧水阴道灌洗后尤靖安配合药敏抗生素治疗治疗妇女支原体感染引起的阴道炎的治疗作用。方法将感染妇女110例随机分两组,一组为观察组,即采用双氧水阴道灌洗后用尤靖安配合药敏抗生素治疗,另一组为对照组,即单纯使用药敏抗生素治疗。结果观察组转阴有效率(94.55%)明显高于对照(81.82%),有显著性差异(P<0.05)。结论用双氧水阴道灌洗后用尤靖安配合药敏抗生素治疗妇女支原体感染引起的阴道炎治疗,效果优于单纯使用药敏抗生素的治疗效果。
Objective To explore the treatment of vaginitis caused by mycoplasma infection in women treated with the combination of drug-sensitive antibiotics and YJU after vaginal lavage with hydrogen peroxide. Methods One hundred and ten women with infection were randomly divided into two groups. One group was observation group, which was treated with Yujingan combined with drug-sensitive antibiotics after vaginal lavage with hydrogen peroxide and the other group as control group, which was treated with drug-sensitive antibiotics alone. Results In the observation group, the effective rate of negative conversion (94.55%) was significantly higher than that of the control (81.82%), with significant difference (P <0.05). Conclusions The treatment of vaginitis caused by mycoplasma infection in women after vaginal lavage with hydrogen peroxide combined with drug-sensitive antibiotics combined with Jing Jingan is better than that of drug-sensitive antibiotics alone.
