本文利用国产半导体激光器泵浦掺Yb3+光纤环形激光器获得成功.掺Yb3+光纤长3m,与1053nm/980nm波分复用器(WDM)构成交叉耦合型全光纤环形腔.总腔长为4m;泵浦波长980nm,激光波长为1042.3nm;斜率效率9.6%,激光阈值低于 0.5 mW,利用可调谐钛宝石激光器泵浦,得到该光纤激光器的最佳泵浦波长为978nm.
In this paper, the domestic semiconductor laser pump doped Yb3 + fiber ring laser to be successful. Yb3 + doped fiber length 3m, and 1053nm / 980nm wavelength division multiplexer (WDM) form cross-coupling all-fiber annular cavity. The total cavity length is 4 m; the pump wavelength is 980 nm, the laser wavelength is 1042.3 nm; the slope efficiency is 9.6% and the laser threshold is lower than 0.5 mW. The best fiber laser is obtained by pumping with a tunable Ti: sapphire laser The pump wavelength is 978 nm.
