党和政府历来十分重视职业病防治工作。我们已经建立起一套适合我国国情又较为行之有效的职业病防治管理制度和技术方法。但是由于我国生产力水平还不高,经济发展不平衡,加之投入不足,职业病危害的严峻局面尚未从根本上得到扭转。一些地方、行业的职业病发病率呈上升恋势,一些职工的劳动条件还很差,不仅给职工的身体健康造成了损害,给职工和用人单位造或了沉重的经济负担,也给国家造成了巨大的经济损失,有的甚至影响到职工队伍和社会的稳定。
The party and government have always attached great importance to the prevention and control of occupational diseases. We have established a set of management and technical methods for occupational disease prevention and control which are suitable for our country’s national conditions and are more effective. However, due to the fact that the level of productivity in our country is still not high, the imbalance in economic development and inadequate investment, the serious situation of occupational disease hazards has not yet been fundamentally reversed. In some places, the incidence of occupational diseases in the industry is on the rise. Some workers have poor working conditions, not only damaging their health, but also creating heavy economic burdens for their employees and employers, Huge economic losses, and some even affect the workforce and social stability.
