为了探索应用昆虫病原线虫防治二点委夜蛾Athetis lepigone的可行性,在室内比较了6种昆虫病原线虫对二点委夜蛾幼虫的致病力影响,生测结果表明,Heterorhabditis bacteriophora HB8对二点委夜蛾幼虫致病力最高,处理120h后二点委夜蛾5龄幼虫的死亡率为93.33%。本论文还比较了二点委夜蛾不同虫态对H.bacteriophora HB8的敏感性,测定了不同温度、土壤湿度以及不同线虫剂量对H.bacteriophora HB8致病力的影响,结果表明,二点委夜蛾5龄幼虫对H.bacteriophora HB8最敏感,其次是3龄幼虫,而结茧的预蛹和蛹不敏感;在测定范围内,在25~30℃、15%土壤湿度以及侵染期线虫与二点委夜蛾5龄幼虫数量比不少于50∶1的条件下,H.bacteriophora HB8对二点委夜蛾幼虫的致病力最强。
In order to explore the feasibility of controlling Athetis lepigone by using the entomopathogenic nematode, six pathogenic nematodes were compared indoors to determine their pathogenicity.
