随着工程建设规模的不断扩大,施工中的大体积混凝土施工涨模问题日显突出。涨模作为长期困扰大体积混凝土的难题,造成了巨大的经济损失和严重的社会影响。混凝土浇筑过程中侧压力监测对决定适当的浇筑速度及确定什么时候模板承受的压力最大起着很重要的作用。采用埋设土压力盒方式监测浇筑至3d龄期期间混凝土侧压力值,侧压力减退的数值是混凝土从液化状态逐渐凝结直至终凝所损失的侧压力。通过分析得出侧压力在初凝期内随浇筑层数增加而增大,终凝后浇筑层数增加侧压力值不再增加。混凝土侧压力最大值出现在第二层浇筑时,随后其值随着时间增加而减小。
With the continuous expansion of construction scale, mass concrete construction in the construction of the rising mold problems become increasingly prominent. As a long-troubling mass concrete problem, it has caused huge economic losses and serious social impact. Side pressure monitoring during concrete pouring plays an important role in determining the proper pouring speed and determining when the template will withstand the maximum pressure. The method of embedding soil pressure box to monitor the concrete lateral pressure during pouring to the 3d age stage was used. The value of lateral pressure decrease is the lateral pressure at which the concrete gradually condenses from the liquefied state until the final setting is lost. Through analysis, it is concluded that the side pressure increases with the number of pouring layers during the initial setting period, and the pressure on the side where the pouring number is increased after the final setting is no longer increased. The maximum concrete lateral pressure occurs when the second layer is poured and its value then decreases with increasing time.
