熟悉我的老师都知道,我很少发学生的脾气,也很少把学生带到办公室来教育,那我是怎么与学生沟通的呢?笔谈。笔谈让我走进了每个孩子的心里。笔谈是一种行之有效的教育方式。笔谈方便、快捷,有神秘感,适合学生心理特点,学生乐于接受;笔谈全面、客观,有针对性,适合学生的感知规律,学生易于接受。笔谈能使师生心平气和,免去面谈时的尴尬和冲动;笔谈能触及学生的心灵深处,加速学生自我教育从量变到质变的心理过程。
I am familiar with all the teachers know that I seldom send students temper, but also rarely take the students to the office to education, then how do I communicate with students? Writing let me walk into each child’s heart. Writing is an effective way of education. The writing is convenient, fast and mysterious. It is suitable for the psychological characteristics of students and the students are willing to accept it. The writing is comprehensive, objective and targeted. It is suitable for students’ perception rules and is easy for students to accept. Writing can make teachers and students calm down, avoid the embarrassment and impulsive interview; talk can touch the soul of students, to speed up students’ self-education from quantitative change to qualitative psychological process.
